Alliances & Relationship Map
An alliance is only as real as the record behind it. Proposed groups, uncertain groups and flatly denied groups all stay on this page rather than being quietly deleted when they stop being convenient.

One lane per alliance · solid where confirmed, hollow where unmentioned
The whole season at once
Lanes are ordered by board rank (1 = best-supported by the record, not most powerful in the game), tied by name. A solid band is confirmed-live membership, mentioned on or before that day. A hollow, fading band is the honesty layer: the alliance is still recorded as in force, but nobody has mentioned it since. Most of the season reads this way. Band height is the day's confirmed member count and changes wherever the record shows membership changing. Week boundaries could not be derived from the record for this build, so no week rules are drawn.
